This pizza workshop was so fun!

If you want learn how to make your own homemade pizza in an awesome/fun environment, I would look no further. They teach you all the essentials and the best part of it is that you can take home as much pizza as you want!

Los Feliz:

This restaurant is located in the heart of the Lower East Side. It has the look of an old cafe with images of Modern Mexico on its walls.

I have to say, the food was incredible. The best taco (Chicharrón de Pollo) I have ever had. Its a bold statement but you have to go and try it yourself!

Recommend any fanatics of Mexican food to give this restaurant a try!

Carmine’s

“Restaurateur Artie Cutler created Carmine’s with one goal in mind: to open a restaurant that would serve every meal in the style of an Italian American wedding feast, featuring extra large portions of home-style antipasto, pastas, seafood and meat entrees served on extra large platters designed for sharing. Carmine’s is the perfect place to casually enjoy friends and family over great food and wine, with excellent service, the way it used to be at grandma’s house.”

One of the dishes that we ordered:

- Hot Antipasto

It was great. I have been here a couple of times and never have been disappointed. Love coming here when you are VERY VERY hungry since the portions are humongous. Great for family and kids so if you happen to be in town, stop by!

Dish made by Deyanira:

- Langostinos sauced w/ Roquefort

- Potatoes w/ fine herbs and white wine

- Arugula topped with anchovies

She is an amazing cook! Let me know if you want the exact recipe!

This dish was made by my cousin Roy Galvan M.  Looks awesome!

- Risotto de Ossobuco w/ red wine

- Side: salad & avocado
